The first step is often introspection, taking the time to understand our unique abilities and attributes. This self-awareness allows us to target areas where we naturally excel and to create a personal growth plan that plays to these strengths. Development might involve formal education, hands-on learning, or seeking mentorship and feedback from those who have expertise in areas we wish to enhance.
Creating and developing the natural strength we were given involves a multifaceted approach that recognizes the inherent potential within us and seeks to foster it through various means. This process can be intellectual, physical, emotional, or a combination of these areas, depending on what we identify as our innate strengths or the areas in which we wish to grow.
Physically, we might engage in regular exercise, sports, or physical activities that challenge our bodies and build upon our natural physical abilities. Consistent practice and pushing the boundaries of endurance and strength can lead to significant improvements.
Emotionally, we can develop strength through resilience training, mindfulness, and psychological well-being practices that help us manage stress and face challenges with equanimity. Cultivating emotional intelligence allows us to effectively navigate social interactions and relationships, tapping into the natural human capacity for empathy and connection.
It is also important to create an environment that is conducive to growth. This might include surrounding ourselves with supportive and similarly motivated individuals, creating physical spaces that foster focus and creativity, or seeking out communities and networks that share our growth-oriented values.
In nurturing our natural abilities, we can find our personal sensual strength. This strength is unique and will provide, for us and for others a glimpse into the soul. It will take us into the here and now so that we cane experience life at it’s fullest of expression, as it should be.
